此燒餅並非正宗台灣永和豆漿式,各位鄉親父老姊妹們請別誤會。(圖中之燒餅因份外美味,半數已被一名不知名人士下手為強,入肚為安)。

此燒餅乃鳴笛自創的無釐頭式小品餐點,闖遍大江南北,通過無數東洋西洋人的品嘗,老少咸宜,沒人貶過,唯恐美味遭受失傳厄運,故今鳴笛師父我-----決定將此製作秘岌公諸於世,望願眾徒弟們好生發揚,毋令失傳。(以上乃本人剛睡醒的傑作,看看就算,以下言歸正傳)。。。。。

1) 麵粉(薄力粉)和水混合攪伴至水乳交融為止,黏度大約像濃稠的Yoghurt(優格)即可

2) 任何的堅果類都可, mindy常用腰果,杏仁果,和南瓜子。用碗底壓成小粒 (獨家秘傳-用碗底壓堅果類成小粒,碗底的邊緣會將果類環住,而不會演出果粒飛天的醜狀,切記切記)。

3) 將2放入1。起"薄"油鍋(油放多,體就胖,慎慮慎慮)

4) 待油鍋熱,就將3放入鍋中燒烤(火候自調,請勿燒焦)。待餅成淡金黃色如相片即可大快朵頤。

此餅養顏美容,口感特佳,願君一試。

Quick thin nuts pancake made of flour paste; in Taiwan we call it as MIAN BING. Here are the steps (I am not very good at measuring ingredients; so you have to EYEBALL them).

1. Mix flour and water to make paste. Make the paste as thick as natural yoghurt (not drinking yoghurt).

2. Crush any kind of nuts into smaller pieces but not into powder. I usually use cashew nuts, almonds, and pumpin seeds.

3. Put 2 into 1.

4. Heat a pan and put some oil into it.

5. Bake the paste in the pan for a while (remember EYEBALL them; don't make it burned. Ha-ha) until the pancake becomes beautiful light golden and a little bit crispy. It's done.

Have a bite; the taste of nuts will make you crazy.
